Adding new extension modules: Cannot instantiate interface

This can happen when adding additional modules to the Commerce365 Magento 2 extension. The underlying cause is a caching thing. The solution is to clear the \generated\ and \var\cache\ folders. And then run setup:upgrade and setup:di:compile. Also run setup:static-content:deploy when not running Magento in developer mode.
